What are your pooch boxes?

Our Pooch Boxes are designed Just For Pooch for them to enjoy! Think of them as a gift box for Pooches! They can be purchased whenever you need and for a range of needs!

What can I expect in a box?

Pooch Boxes will include treats, toys or both, and sometimes a little accessory or two!

Each product is tried and tested, so we are sure your Pooch will love it!

Each Pooch Box is a little bit different, and each has their own individual description for you to make the best purchase for your Pooch!

Can I make up my own box?

At this stage, unfortunately no not through our website! But if you contact us, I’m sure we can work out something!

I have a special request?

If you have any special requests, please let us know and we will do our very best to accommodate you and your Pooch!

My Pooch has allergies?

We take allergies very seriously here at Just For Pooch and know some Pooches can’t eat everything!

If your Pooch has any allergies or things to avoid please let us know in the order notes.

Do you offer a subscription service?

No, unfortunately we don’t offer one at the current time!

My Pooch is a chewer, do you have any suggestions?

Our Just Tough Box is the answer! Designed for those tough chewers in life!

ORDER

When will my order be shipped?

We will endeavour to have your order packed and shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase. Please note this is not always possible, and any major delays will see customers contacted.

I’ve made a mistake in my order, what can I do?

Please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to fix the mistake

Once things have been shipped, unfortunately it is out of our hands

I want to place an order of 5+ boxes?

Please contact us if you want to make an order of 5+ boxes or more.

This will ensure we have everything in stock.

Products out of stock?

If for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products in your order, Just For Pooch will contact you.  

SHIPPING

I’ve put the wrong address, what do I do?

If you’ve just placed the order, please contact us ASAP.

If you’ve noticed after the order has been shipped, Just For Pooch will not be held accountable for incorrect addresses.

Please contact us and we will look at resending the products, at your expense.

When will I receive my order?

Once shipped, Just For Pooch is not responsible for the time your order takes to get to you.

Shipping times vary from place and time, with peak times seeing delays.

Can I express post my item?

Express shipping is available at your expense, please see option at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry international friends, at this stage we only ship to Australia.
